Positional Ranked - 40 game retrospect

Pros first: -Splashing LP higher from an offrole is nice -My occasional "support fill" to protect against autofill feels less punishing (When what's listed below doesn't happen -.-) -The transparency in the placements was nice

Cons: -LP splashing down is much more punishing. I queued mid at 0 LP, got an off-role, lost the game, and got Demoted **AND **lost 25 LP to become 75. So, as a result of this one off-role loss, I was required to win 3 games in a row (because I had to do promos....) This really feels horrible.

-I'm receiving my second role MUCH more frequently than last year. It's maybe 50-50 which one I get.

-As a result of receiving my second role half the time, I have to climb 2 ladders at the same time, de facto. This feels SO sluggish. I won 7 games in a row, but basically climbed nowhere (3 were primary role, 4 secondary - and yep, the 8th game was again secondary role).

Conclusion:
-I was initially optimistic about being able to separate by horrible adc from my marginally-less horrible midlane. Unfortunately, I have to conclude the negatives far outweigh the positives. I imagine there are other issues I have not addressed here, or I have not experienced personally (e.g. trixie roleswapping).

*Thank you @RedEdge for the support
