re: that thing's natural cooldown is already longer then half the keystones. So where is the benefit in using it? I mean for crying out load... cony doesn't even have a cooldown.

Yea... no. It's pretty shit. Nobody can contest otherwise, its not used on anybody except like teemo.. and even then its still pretty shitty.
