Ryze late game is so scary

Ryze with 40% cdr in the late game can destroy the enemy team one e-e-q combo if he pulls it off on the enemy team its just like a gangplank barrel that deals way more damage it can deal up to 1700 in the late game with 950 ap and 4k mana which is possible to reach, he is just too scary in late game
