riven buffs were just some hp regen additions.. now they increasing her passive ratio so she can stand a chance vs filthy top lane trundle/malphite mains who use the lane as a chance to sleep in the middle of the game.

as a bard player, bard honestly doesnt need buffs to most of his kit he just needs minor late game changes to his w and he'll be fine.

Late game is fine if you build right.

You can heal for 200 every 7? Seconds with 45% CDR and just chime up for mana.

Majority of the time it's just useless to use W unless you're setting up a siege.

which build are you using for it? because from what im looking at a 200 heal will need it to charge usually which as you said isn't helpful unless setting up and defending from a siege, late game his most of the time just ends up getting used for the instant speed instead of healing tbh.

Mordekaiser was mostly buffed, not nerfed...

Can use his E in solo lane.
Shield decays slower.

The ult was nerfed a little, but it's much less important than the 2 above points.

LeBlanc: It's still a net nerf from a few patches back. Her win rate is in the toilet. It seems like the nerf hit her harder than they intended so they're backing off some of it (IIRC the original missile speed was 1800).

Riven: Eh... I don't see a need for buffs here but w/e.

Rumble: One of the champions in most need of buffs in the entire game.

Bard: Definitely doesn't need a buff, but w/e

Mordekaiser nerfs: I don't see him anymore, so I've never seen him being weak. Thus, I can't comment.

this is vayne Teemo using the brush he can kite well procing his passive. I really don't think he is doing bad at all in top lane though. Fighting renekton hitting him with a Blind blocks his empower stun and put on cooldown, fighting wukong? cloth armor 2 health pots and a pink ward xD I don't see how he can recieve another buff right though o.0 as far as riven buffs go I'm sure it will increase jungle riven's clear time
