example: U are in Ranked, everything is fine on ur line farming and jungler. Next when the enemy going to gank ur line a messanger pop-up to ur screen (Attemting to Reconect) and will finish only when ur Death.

DDos Attack can be made by a a member on your team or the enemy team. Is Not Riot server or a bug.

Ddos attacks the server and makes everyone dc not only you.

Not necessarily. If you were truly being DDoS'ed, everything would stop working. Not just League. A true DDoS attack will aim to take down your connection completely. Not to mention, if someone wanted to DDoS you, they wouldn't stop it when you're dead. They'd keep you out of the game completely.

What your example is showing could also be the result of packet loss.
