Team game but single punishment in ranked.

I think that the ranked system should be looked at, how is someone supposed to get out of their elo because of afk's or trolls in their games. I understand its a team game and all but lets face it, there is so many people who are incapable of playing with a team and it is hard to deal with. I feel like this is a waste of time but just in case the devs are listening, maybe they can reward people who are actually trying in the game even if they lose maybe lose less LP or something.
