Toxic punishment

In the spirit of sportsmanship whether winning or losing a game, some people seem to have levels of toxic attitude towards team members and opponents that is unnecessary and I think need to have harsher punishments then limited speech in games. League has such a bad rep for the community and I think that should change for the better. I feel Ip bans for accounts should happen for at least 24 hours if people cant be sportsman in a game. What does everyone else think?
