9/10 games my teem feeds and the other team is full of smurfs

How many chances of me playing normal lvl 29 on acc. And my team loses lane EVERY time.I can count with my fingers how many times my teammates won the lane in a month . But the other team knows how to FREEZE the lane, slow push,split push,working good in a teamfight and keep in mind that this is level 29 on acc. My adc rushes bloodthurster while playing twitch . Please help me do something. This is making me hate is game.UNBALANCED
