why reports in normal games are nothing?

i reported a lot of people for afk and inting and when i have sen thair profiles they playedevery day.Why if they afk and I reported them but nothing happend?

I believe you are unaware of the punishment system.

First punishment is low priority queue along with a about 5-10 minute wait time before you can even start looking for a match (which often takes about 5 minutes to find one) which if you cancel or stop for any reason resets the wait time.... and from what i have experienced when i got d/ced due to power outages or something it has a popup that tells you afking is wrong dont do it (in a nutshell) which if you close that it also resets the time, which means you cant even chat with friends until the time is up. This is generally for 5 games.

Second punishment is about 20 minutes before you can look for a match, same stuff as first. Generally about 5 games need to be played with it.

So just because they are playing doesnt mean they were not punished. So settle down.
