Why is there no MR item you can buy in the beginning of the game? Null Mantle used to be affordable at the start of a match, right?

used to be like 400 or something. In my opinion, I think it was made more expensive because Everyone starts with AD, AP is an item only thing(counting runes), so AP already starts out at a little disadvantage. My thought anyways
