@Riot: Upcoming Vladimir changes

How many of his abilities are you planning to change? If you only change his Q, which I think will be the case, will you make it a skill shot but a lot stronger and more rewarding?

From what I've heard about the q, they don't like the fact that it's a resourceless poke and sustain. Changing it to be the same but with a skillshot probably wouldn't be enough of a change. I'm really curious to see what they do with him, but I'm pretty sure the q will be getting bigger changes.

I could imagine that the Q stays targeted but that the heal will have a condition so that there is really gameplay for Vladimir and his opponents to play around. One thing that will be changed for sure is also the passive. If i was reworking Vladimir i would tweak his E and R too but i don't know how much Riot will work on him.
