Log out Function, good idea?

Some people have computers that multiple people play league on, others have multiple accounts they play on. Some people might just want to look at the log. Not sure if there's enough people that would want to log out and log in as someone else, but to those that do any of the above, it'd feel better thanj just restarting the game.
