Riot, Can We Fix Flex Queue Matchmaking Already?

Either you get a random assortment of ranks, with everyone from silver to diamond, or you get imbalanced nonsense like my last match, with a team of golds and one plat versus a team of plats. And, once you're ranked, it just seems to pull a rank out of a hat, based upon the results I've seen everyone else get. I'm personally waiting to get bronze 5 somehow, despite playing all my matches against golds and plats.

Riot, if you want us to treat this as a replacement for normal draft, which you mean to do away with, I guess you're succeeding, because I can't take a clusterfuck like this as seriously as I would any other ranked mode.
