Come the f**k on riot! You haven't nerfed this peice of sh!t ever since he came out. The only way to actually nerf him is to rework ALL of his abilities except his w. He's a champ that requires NO skill whatsoever so riot, fking listen to the players, and nerf this guy!

He doesn't deserve a nerf right now, he's just extremely annoying to play against. Teemo was designed to counter melee top laners, and does horribly against any other champion.
Teemo is pretty weak atm
I had a lot of fun one game using J4 top vs teemo. Spear poke trade until 6 with a rushed sunfire. 1 ult and he wasn't going anywhere but back to his fountain. Other fun anti teemo: Nunu top, yorrick, wukong actually seems to do well, malphite, I'm sure there are plenty of others. If anything teemo top allows you to have more diversity in your pick options outside of bruisers.
Teemo is OP only on the rotating game modes...
