Alright, questioning the mechanic of the game itself.

If Sejuani has her Frost on an Enemy Ezreal, and Ezreal uses his Arcane Shift (His E), and Sejuani uses her Permafrost (Her E) at the time of his flash, does Ezreal receive any damage?
