[Client] Old Launcher, New Updates

Okay, maybe a few patches late, but it's still happening, and if I need to post elsewhere, let me know.

Alright, a couple of patches ago, Riot updated their Launcher to a new style. On my laptop, I have the new Launcher. On my Desktop (which is my primary computer) I have the old Launcher style, without it updating the top part past Ascension Q&A hyperlink that you posted on 9/18/2014. Any one know of a way I can get the new Launcher on my Desktop? And don't suggest Repairing. I have done that, and nothing changed.
