Press The Attack is not working as intended

I've had this happen twice and seen it happen a third time to someone else, where Press The Attack doesn't activate after 3 autos and sometimes even 5 or more uninterrupted autos. I just finished a game as Irelia dealing over 30k damage to champions and Press The Attack only activated twice the entire game for a total damage of about 450 damage, that's including the initial damage, and the bonus damage dealt during the vulnerable debuff afterwards. Considering Irelia can pretty much only do damage with auto attacks and her empowered "auto" off of Q this is a pretty clear indication that this Keystone is not working correctly at all right now. Feel free to post comments or opinions, I like the idea of this Keystone for bruisers like Irelia and Kled a lot and i don't want it to be as insanely unreliable as it is right now.
