Champion info box on casts should've been enlarged, not removed
I've been watching esports for years now, and the removal of the champion information box from LEC and LCS is one of the most nonsensical decisions I've seen for a while. For comparison their main competitor dedicates the entire bottom of the screen to this information because it's extremely useful for a viewer to know things like, how many stacks does Sena, Kindred, Viegar, etc have, cooldowns outisde of ults, exact HP or Mana counts, AP/AD numbers, as well as other boosts or buffs and keystones.
Instead we have to rely on the casters to give us such simple, necessary information (which if we're lucky, will be brought up maybe twice per game). So they must've replaced it with something useful right? Or maybe simplified the overlay to streamline the look of the cast?
NO!
They just put a static "LCS" logo where the champion info should be, and fill the rest of the wasted space that should've been used to expand the info box to make it easier to read with advertisements. Now I'm not going to be too hard on the advertisements, because sponsors are necessary, but they shouldn't take up space on your in game overlay, especially when your replacing vital in-game information that makes games more interesting to follow with static images and ads.
