Problems that need fixing and more important then skins

I am saying this so hopefully somebody does something about this(which I notice they usually dont). I played a game with a player who started feeding because we didn't surrender because our mid couldn't ward and was dying. So riot make a system where you see if your bans take effect, Its like telling the cops someone killed your family member but they never tell you if they found him. Its just discouraging to the player to want to get better because then you realize its almost impossible due to other players( Like trying to climbing out of a hole but the higher you get the longer the way up). So please do something about this. And also I have his summoner name and wondering if I can send this to riot or something to because he deserves an extended ban. And also what I notice is that most riot employees comment on the discussion that involve inviting more players in then actually fixing the problems that are right in front of there faces. So comment,hate or whatever you want to do but I hope my cry is heard.
