Not Receiving Chests!! (not sure where to get help!)

Hello!

I am not getting chests even though I have 4 available chests and my champions have not acquired the 1 chest per champion allowed. Please check my recent match history playing as soraka - 3 of my teammates got S/S+, and I should have gotten a chest. This has happened before as well, but I paid no mind to it.

Please help!!!

Were those teammates premades, or just randoms? You only earn a chest if you or someone in your premade party gets an S grade

Teammate grades only give you rewards if you are part of a group before you start the game. (I.E. Premade)

Otherwise, it's entirely dependent on how you do personally, and the grade you recieve.

That could be it. Do you know if it applies to Ranked Flex? or SoloQ Ranked?
