Should Riot Make Urf, One For All, Nexus Siege, etc..., Permanent Game Modes??!?!

Hey Everyone!, For the past couple of days I've been looking at and thinking about all the different game modes that Riot has released. I love mostly all of them and i'm pretty sure most of you do as well. The only thing I hate about these game modes is when they have to leave until the next cycle comes around (besides Urf). I do not know if Riot has a reason for this, but I wish these game modes would come back and be here to stay for everyone with their friends whenever they want. I mean yeah sure these game modes are "special" and should only come around every so often that way they can be appreciated, but would it not be better to be able to play these games whenever and wherever. I feel that adding a variety of games would make league alot more fun and exciting to know that there is more choices to choose from. Especially when Urf only comes around once or twice a year! Sometimes this can be a real buzzkill to hear that once its gone it's gone. Anyways let me know what you think down in the comments below and maybe leave a few game mode ideas of your own?

Theres a reason...

if these were permanent, there would be too many gamemodes up at once firstly, secondly the main ones would see just about no play anymore.

whos gonna play normals if URF is up 24/7 i know i wouldn't

Riot rotates them so that there are always a lot of people playing them when they are up. They don't want to divide up their playerbase. Also it's higher maintenance to keep them on all the time.

So keeping them up is more work per mode, multiplied by several modes, meaning a lot of extra work, and for less benefit since each person plays each mode a lot less.

Additionally, having them up permanently increases community pressure to actually balance the modes and fix bugs, and that is an enormous amount of extra work.

So while I would indeed prefer them to be permanent, because they're a lot more fun than the base game, it's a really bad idea for Riot.

Doesn't work. Queue times for one or more modes would be atrocious.
