Lux Ult
For whatever the reason, I distinctly remember Lux's ult having a burn for a second or so after she hit someone with it, but I can't find ANYTHING on it. Did it, or am I just remembering things that didn't happen?

Fairly certain visually you light on fire briefly, don't think it does anything gameplay wise though.
It burns the air for a moment where the laser hit, but thats a solely visual animation. No DoT or similar things.
It's just a visual animation that happens if you hit someone with the Illumination Debuff.
