Idea for @Riot, make Garen Q deal bonus damage to minions and monsters (except epic ones) to jungle.

Hi Riot, I am a Garen main since season 4 (Or is it 3 something??) playing majority Garen. During some time I went back to Taiwan unable to play League, but it would be amazing if you can give Garen's Q bonus true damage to minions and monsters (Except draggy) for a jungle Garen buff. This won't affect lane Garen but it would be great to "expand" his roles beyond Top.

1. Support Garen can now leash golems for his ADC due to his Q true damage as a leash.
2. Jungle Garen can get a huge buff by able to secure buffs safely (Due to Q+Smite) and counterjungle (Since he is melee, he takes alot of risk.)

Thank you!! The Juggernaut update has gutted the ability for Garen to lane as support or jungle by destroying his early game. Now make my dreams come true by taking this simple offer.
