The biggest problem with urf right now

Remember when it was that time of year and URF came out and you couldn't wait to play your favorite champion? Well now that is gone because URF is random. Imagine finally getting your champion but the enemy team is stacked so you basically can't enjoy the champion you want to play and have to wait again to "hopefully" roll what you want to play. URF was fun when you could choose your champion and just play what you wanted. But adding the element of randomness isn't fun. Playing a champion you don't want isn't fun. I feel like URF could come back and instead of it being random there should be a lottery system like how there was one for one for all but independent. Pick 5 champions you want to play, and at the end it will randomize for you. That way its still some what random but you can choose what you want to play.
