Soooo why is there autofill in soloQ?

basically the theory is if you force people into roles it will fix the "1 support player for every 5 mid mains problem and lower queue problems" but im not so sure how well it worked

queue times for non supports quality of life for support secondary players who now don't necessarily get support every single time people expect to need passable knowledge of all roles for when they would need autofill in higher tiers
