Questions about the new runes system

Riot, you said you're talking about the runes sooner rather then later because you want our feedback. But I have some questions.

What keystone do mages get? We know about berserk for adcs and the overheal for supports, but what keystone are burst mages going to have?

What's going to happen to the current benefits we get from masteries? Thunderlord's decree is very important for some champions that need that little extra burst, a good deal of mid-laners have even been balanced around it at this point.

If thunderlord's get removed are you going to give out compensation buffs to those that need it?

And the extra -5% cooldown that you get in masteries that also raised the cdr caps from 40% to 45%, is that going away? I really liked that little extra 5% as it made the game more fast paced and I really like it for the mages I play.

AFAIK there'll be way more keystones than just Berserk and Perxie-or-whatever-it's-called-I-can't-be-bothered-to-check. Also, Overheal is a Major Rune, not a Keystone Rune, and AFAIK it affects healing received only and not healing given. Anyhow, to answer your question about which of the two keystones so far revealed mages would take they'd probably go with Perxie since it'd give them a bit of extra burst, and it'll probably be popular on mages even when the full set of keystones is released.

Perxie seemed a lot more defensive, not something very useful for burst mages. Still no comments from riot
