Can Azir be Viable in Ranked?

He's viable. Faker still plays him so he's viable. (I'm not kidding with that either)

Any Champion is Viable in the right situtation. Azir's Late Game is actually really strong and as long as your playing him correctly their really shouldn't be any issue. Hes just one of those champions you cannot pick blindly. However, When a lot of Common picks are Syndra, Malzahar, Vlad and Ryze mid. Its very rare that I've ever get to play him. I will pick him into a viegar, not because hes a counter. Because Viegar will win the match up, if your play aggressive. Your both just trying to farm and it helps transition to late game easier then other champions.

Azir is great late game, but he has been nerfed bad, and isn't seen a lot anymore, that and he requires decent COMMUNICATION especially when roaming or when your jungler is ganking

Not without a significant rework. His kit is far too versatile, and he completely dominates competitive meta as a monster with even slightly half-assed good numbers.

Depends on what you're thinking, your personality, your playstyle, etc. He's gotten a lot of nerfs, but that doesn't mean you can't do well with him. In S4 when Veigar had a 45% overall win rate according to sites like champion.gg, he was by far my strongest champion. Azir could be that for you.

All champions are viable. Some are tuned higher or lower to meet certain balance expectations, but that's just for the overall population. But the power level differences are not that extreme. So if you play Azir and you're Silver 3, playing a "stronger" champ might get you to Silver 1. But it's your own dedication and skill that will move you more than a division or two (over a long period of time).

only against assasins, i beat a my first time with him and other assasins as well like and , other than the few squishy ad assasins, he's terrible, i've tried so hard to make him work but unless you master him and are up against a talon, kat, or akali, you're gonna have a bad time
