Match Making is awful.

Let's see, can I get a team that's on my level? I came into this game about 4 years ago as a terribad noob and have worked hard to climb out of bronze. So far my highest is silver 3. Now I'm stuck in an elo hell that only stops existing when luck is on my side and it's here less and less lately. As I have gotten better I notice that I get paired with less and less skilled players. As a result I'm stuck trying to carry these teams to a win. If there are so many players here in bronze silver level, then why is it so essential to balance teams with good and not so good players? Why isn't the match an even skilled playing field? I really don't care if I have to wait a few extra minutes to get a team that will not drag me down (just got demoted to b1 because of this). Any other decent players in low elo experience this?

It's because the are trying to make your winrate around 50% for their reasons. You are getting those teams because your winrate is too high, just like even worst players won't have a super low winrate because they get teams that carry their ass after they lose too much
