Losing lp in ranked with afkers.

My thoughts are that if a team has an afk player, and i know league recognizes they are afk due to red highlighted name in post game lobby, players that are negatively affected by the afk should not take a loss on lp. I think that along with matchmaking seemingly putting decent players with not the best players is where this "ELO Hell" is coming from. From what i can see people that move through the ranks are only doing so by 1. being lucky 2. riding on the backs of those unfortunate skilled players stuck in "ELO Hell" and 3. just playing enough games to allow that to happen. Please make it easier for skilled players to get out of "ELO Hell!"
