Karthus q range indicator

I think Karthus could really use a q range indicator so that the player can play karthus with more ease. I have been playing him for some games and it was so difficult to hit his q when it was automatically in smartcast and when I could not see its range. Considering that he is a 1350ip champion, I think he shoul be a little easier to play. Upvote if you agree!

I've never tried, but can't you just change your bindings when you play him so it doesn't smartcast? If not, I guess the only way would be to actually click the Q and then place the spell. You'd then have the range for any subsequent Qs you want to smartcast spam around that time. :)

Edit: A google search indicates people have been complaining about this for years.
