I totally know what you mean and I was literally in the same spot just a while back, but just looking through Op.gg for a second...
You do pretty good, but your playing champions that are semi difficult to play, like 
(kinda 
) etc.
Your best win ratio's are with

Try to stick to champs, (while in bronze) that you can do well, that you have fun with, that don't require more than 10 seconds to get down the mechanics, and that are viable in the current meta.
and I know what it feels like to have troll jerks ruining your matches.
My advice would be to find people to party up with, it makes matches more enjoyable, and its helps you get up in the ranks. THere is just less pressure on you to completely carry a team of trolls.
Keep practicing you'll make it out! I'm still in bronze, one more series match and i'm out haha :D [slayer-jinx-wink]
PS you'll probably get people tryin to flame you from your post... just... pepper your angus.... haha
I think this is due to the matchmaking system. The way it works now it just doesn't create an accurate ladder system. Games just feel like a bunch of random players and skillsets thrown into a match. The better I play the worse I feel like my teammates are doing, it just feels bad.
