Could Vladimir be the next Juggernaut Champ?
Since the juggernaut patch, I've seen at least one of the "juggernaut champs" in every game. I've also seen other champs played in the juggernaut role with close to the same desired effect. Champions such as Voli, Nasus, Renekton, and Swain to name a few. ((And I know Swain is stretching a little, but it still works pretty well with him))
So here is my request to riot, will you please consider doing a rework on Vladimir with the Juggernaut theme in mind? Vlad is by far my most played champ, and I love playing him. But the truth is that no matter how much health he gets from his passive, or how much armor and magic resist he builds, he is never more than a Mage with a very limited range. This is simply because he kills himself with his abilities. At max stacks with his e (tides of blood, his best damaging move late game) he loses 140 health with every cast, and his w (sanguine pool) always takes 20% of his current health to use. Although these abilities make him a "high risk high reward" champ, any experienced player can easily outrange him, or with the case of the juggernauts, out sustain him.
I honestly think that with a few tweaks, Vladimir could fit into the new juggernaut theme of gameplay. His passive already suggests that he could be one with the juggernauts, but his moves put him back into the Mage category very quick. Adding Vladimir into this new role would also allow more choices for players who want to play the juggernaut role. Also since Mord is the only true ap juggernaut right now, this would add even more diversity.
Please Riot consider this, I think it would work very well. I'm attaching a poll to this so that other summoner a may vote on whether they agree with me or not.
PS. I know many players are going to post the "he only wants a buff" thing. I'm fine for Vlad's only damaging moves to be his ult and his q. I just want this champ to succeed in the meta because his my favorite by far.
is one of the champions they want to give a big rework once they have cleared the other high priority targets.
