the torturing of ornn

now the title may confuse but let me explain when ornn was released he was incredibly strong how ever soon people began to notice that he was to strong and so riot took there most sharpest blade(the nerfing blade) and gutted him threw him in a room and left him to die and when he gets a buff or a nerf thats just riot checking in on him and seeing if hes still alive. so i believe that ornn should get lower cooldowns on his Q,W,E and have his w work on ALL cc which means morganas q and other forms of cc.
