Ornns W

Ornn has no real counter play towards characters that are ranged in the top lane such as (ryze, any ADC, vlad, teemo) so I believe that Ornns W should get his shield back however if players originally were upset on how much this made ornn broken then the answer is very simple, lower how much his shield is, such as making it equal to 7% of his max health that way he can use this shield for absorbing the enemys poke.
