So can someone tell me what the hell they did to jinx?

Try shoving the wave with Q and then harrassing the enemy when they try to cs under tower. Then spam your jungler to countergank.

Isn't urgots early game supposed to be his whole thing? Thought his whole shtick was strong poke.

IIRC, they made the attack speed from her Q scale with her level instead of just the rank of the ability.

Also, Urgot has a very good early game.
