PBE vel'koz

Battlecast Vel'koz textures are all blue and create spastic images on the PBE. Not sure what the problem was, but it was for everyone in the game, not just me. I couldnt see his ult being used, but I could see where the abilities were going to land, like the triangle at the end of his Q, or the circle of his E.
