I think that before you buy Rabadon's Deathcap you should see how much the 30% actually increases your AP in the shop, like it does when you have it in your inventory that way you can better discern whether or not to actually buy it. Most the time the answer will be yes because I mean, come on, it's Deathcap lmao but still, for CLARITY
