The Dark Seal
Let's talk about it.
First, to those who don't know, these are the stats:
The Dark Seal 400 gold +15 Ability Power +25% Increased Healing from Potions +100 Mana UNIQUE Passive - Dread: Grants +2 Ability Power per Glory. UNIQUE Passive - Do or Die: Grants 3 Glory for a champion kill or 1 Glory for an assist, up to 10 Glory total. Lose 6 Glory on death. Builds Into: Mejai's Soulstealer
This is basically a Doran's Ring that can be built into a game-changing item if you play well and use your abilities smartly. With the stats so close to Doran's Ring, it's actually viable for plenty of champs to start this instead of the ring. If you don't get kills, then the most you lose out on is 60+ HP, which is only noticeable in early game. If you do get kills/assists, then congrats, you're getting free AP out the butt. This item basically tells the enemy team, "I'm confident enough to get this instead of a dumb Doran's, so you better be on your toes around me, unless you want me to start snowballing." So ya. With this item making Mejai's actually viable for some champs, what are your thoughts on it?
