I stole them all MWAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! FEAR ME MORTALS FOR ALL YOUR KEYS ARE BELONG TO ME! ( Really and truly though my key drop rate went down in 6.08 and hasn't came back.. Very rarely which means atleast every 26 games or so i get a fragment and the chests are always champ shards :X saves me time getting ip though ) If you really need keys though whynot spend some cash on them? Rito will put your $$ to gooduse ( In making skins and etc :^) )

Getting an S has no impact on key drops. Getting an S only gets you chests.
