Afk ranked players an idea

Ok you know Riot you should fix the ranked system like guys you now its not fair when some one goes afk on a ranked game like we should not lose alot of lp like. We had an afk and i lost 19 lp like its not fair we had an afk for the hole game. We cant beat a 4v5 atleast, if we gonna lose drop us like 6 or 7 lp if some ones afk but freaking 19 like holy damn. i think it should be good if some one leaves after the 16 minute mark we should not lose alot of lp or do something becuase this is pissing me off like atleast for low elo player like when i played in bronze 5 we had like 2 ppl afk not even pass the 10 minute mark pls fix this.
