Tanky utility stuff. Sightstone, Frozen Heart, Face of the Mountain, Freezy Fists, Locket of the Iron Solari. Getting tanky lets you get into a good position to pull a squishy into certain death without much fear and then still contribute to a fight while waiting for Q to come off cooldown again.

I like to go more of a utility build, becoming pretty tanky while providing some shields and extra peel not inherent to his kit...but you could try an AP build with or something or even an AD build with (the MS is nice). Still I prefer the utility build because it is cheaper, and blitz is probably 9/10 times played as a low income support, while offering loads of CDR

in general though look to hit 30 or 40% CDR for more hooks.

boots are up to you, but I 9/10 times grab . Mini mobis which can give you strong roams/ganks. Also they are slightly cheaper (awesome as a poor support, although if you're hooking people you shouldn't be poor :P). but my favorite thing about them is they reduce slows which lessens blitz's self-punishing W. And obviously you are quicker which can help you get into position quickly to pull an out of position enemy

Maybe more armor and magic resist items depending on the team. I normally start with coin and end up selling it when my slots are full. I honestly don't prefer upgrading gold items.
