Riven buff or nerf???

So hey just another Riven main here so what does this Riven change on the pbe mean to everyone here on the forums? To me as a Riven main it changes the way I'll play early game with her new resource edge, what I mean with this is more early game trading and maybe faster kills early on. But the thing that mostly annoys me is the nerf to her second part of her ult, were is it no longer an execute but the main damage is mostly coming out of her resource bar. So this means Riven can all in no matter what health they are at, so with the new passive and "edge" I'd say its more of buff. But in my opinion this is not the right way to buff this champion.... it makes kills easier, yay , but what happened to the fun all this change does is an easier all in level 6 and this just makes riven more annoying coming from a riven main. But all in all Riven will always the fighter everyone hates and loves.
