It proc's auto attack skills twice so if Irelia buys it would we be able to bring back near pre nerf W Irelia? since it will basically double the true damage and healing. (which i think actually puts it at higher values than it started at?)
I just see her becoming the grim reaper against any tank, if we get double procs of W true and healing and coupled with Bork's passive % health damage(which is also doubled as its on aa's).

Drunk Rummate1 votesMaybe, but junglers have a lot less income than laners so she probably wouldn't hit her powerspike as quickly. Plus her big damage spike comes from Sheen and Trinity which you're delaying pretty heavily. And it's not like she's some sort of late game carry so you can't really play to that either.
Sire Hippington1 votesit increases it only by 50%(every other hit), and you give up both a summoner and an item slot for that. I think the benefits of that item for irelia are just good enough to pay back for all that you give uo for it, if at all...

Tayahrawr1 votesHonestly, I've done it a few times, and she doesn't even need trinity. Just build sated, then depending on how your team is doing rush BOTRK if you're doing good or have another tank on your team, or wait to build it after your tank items, which mostly end up situational depending on their team. Late game it ends up very op, I've even 2v1'd most combos of champs.

But let me tell you once she hits 3 items its game over (Sated Botrk Trinity) She can even go tank after sated and botrk and the game will still be over. The hard part is getting there cause you will delay her powerspike, she isnt the strongest duelist early so will be prone to counterjungle, not the great jungle clear but its okay not even decent though, not the greatest ganks but they are decent. And giving up eearly sheen trinity powerspike, teleport advantage, snowball advantage, farm/exp, and tank item sooner. And all of that just for a 3 item powerspike that prob be at 40 mins because of all the problem she has as a jungler or atleast to be a good one, that would just win the game over with 3 items (unless the other team has jax/nasus and team focus you down, you will lose).
