seriously this revert was so unneeded, She wa sone of the most broken champs before kass rework and now shes going to be similarly broken and force me to switch my perma ban from blitz back to her. Her current winrate has been within 1 point of 50% ofr numerous patches this is such an uncalled for buff and waste of riots resources.
