Why does everyone say new Vlad Q feels weak on the boards
But when i'm in a game eating people's health, they say it's op?

Because Vlad players aren't use to his changes. They just go up and complain about it before giving it anytime.
my main complaint is that i cant play my main 
because hes banned every game, went from sleeper op to flavor of the week op
Well another thing that worries me is that if you were to believe the boards, you'd think Vlad can actually not sustain his E while pushing waves mid>late game, which is so dumb
After facing Vlad in top, I wonder how he's weak.
Course I forgot my teleport top.
I don't feel like doing it for every level, but for level 9 and beyond, his Q does less damage in EVERY SINGLE situation. It does less base damage and has the same amount of scaling. That is without factoring in the fact that his empowered Q lasts for only 2.5 seconds. That is without factoring in the fact that the Q cooldown was increased for every level passed 6.
