Those massives zilean buffs

You guys think it's going to make him op? Also I'm disapointed of how riot tries to fix nocturne, I ahve the feeling he doesnt need cooldowns at all he needs a massive mana cost buff and mana cost on his w removed... Its not a bad idea to reduced his R cd but it costs 120 mana when he has a total of 500 its impossible to lane with him actually.... Just try once top lane you do very well until you casted 3 times your q and then youre stuck freezing your lane for 3 minutes unitl you get 170 mana to do your q-e..
