What would be your own tier-list for how difficult the various League server regions are?

Some say that the Korean server is more difficult than the Chinese one. But I personally want to see what you guys think which region is the most difficult to play in.

Korea - Your teamates will throw the game if they realise you aren't Korean China - Just weird players EUW - Normal region, nothing special NA - Lots of for fun players OCE - Small player base Others - Smaller player base
