Rewards for good sportsmanship

We all know that the League of Legends community is riddled with people who like to talk trash, troll and all around be a bad sport about the game. So why not create a system where a team of people who play frequently go out and reward those who embody sportsmanship. Rewards could be skins or champs. I have been giving out skins to strangers who do have good sportsmanship for a little bit and it seems to effect how they interact in game. If this were to become a large enough group then we could see a drop in negative interactions while we play. This could also accommodate for the absence of a working tribunal.
