Nidalee's spear

Anyone else noticing that Nidalee's spear is invisible if she uses it from a bush or outside of your vision? It removes the spear and leaves the animation arund it so it is as if a gust of wind just took out 3/4 of my health.

Seen it before many times, I'm fairly sure Riot know about it. Happens with a few other skills too (not just skill shots), and it's not just from out of vision.

Are they attempting to fix it at all? I have invested so much into this game and I'm at my wits end item 3091 with all of the bugs and exploits.
