What you would do to fix Karthus?
Passive seems legit, could use some int-eresting effect maybe?
Q is not a skittle anymore, revert? Maybe move the mana restore passive into the q?
W like anivia wall but less troll, add more troll? Could use a more interesting shape I guess.
E should rotate like a fidget spinner? Could use something a little more interesting than just raw damage.
R the one the only key you need! Gets revive as a summoner spell back?
the biggest issue i have with karthus is his r as they keep dropping more champion/items (and now a rune) that completely negate it. If you compare it to say skarners ult it can also be stopped by an item but its cool down at rank 1 is still 40 seconds faster than karthus's rank 3 r so at some point he might be able to find a hole in item cool downs whereas karthus's ult is such a long cool down that if you do have a way to dodge it (either through items or just being the champion you are) then you should never be hit by a karthus ult that could kill you.

Change how R works so that if someone pops zhyonyas to avoid the ult that damage gets taken and added to the remaining 4 targets, if two people do it then the remaining 3 members of your team must take the hit you avoided.
